Cancellation & Refund Policy

At HealthMe.Fit, we aim to provide quality wellness services and a transparent experience. This policy outlines our rules regarding cancellations and refunds for our yoga and wellness plans.


1. Subscription Cancellation

This is a prepaid plan and auto renewal needs to be done manually, if the user wants to opt out of plan, they can do so by emailing at connect@healthme.fit

Note: Cancellation will not trigger a refund for the current active plan.


2. Refund Policy

We offer a no-refund policy once a plan is activated and services have begun. This is because:

  • Our plans are digital and service-based.
  • Resources such as class slots, AI credits, and expert support are allocated immediately upon activation.

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Technical errors during payment processing (e.g., double charges).
  • Inability to access services due to a verified HealthMe.Fit platform issue.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Plan Changes or Downgrades

  • You can upgrade to a higher plan by paying the difference.
  • Downgrades are not eligible for refunds or credit adjustments.
